You press the arrow buttons below the screen, then you press the space bar when the white circle reaches the flashing area. Just listen to the beat of the music and press it with perfect timing for a PERFECT.
This is only the "practice mode," where there is only one bar below the screen. Next time, I'll upload a "normal individual" game for you to see my godly skillz.

I tried to downlaod some of the songs, but didn't have much luck with eMule, so I decided to go to the media library of the game, listen to the music, record it on my laptop (like what I did with the dance video), then extract the audio from the video, and compress it as a MP3. Pure genius. :D
